Hyderabad is preparing to add a striking new name to its rapidly growing luxury real estate landscape with the arrival of Trump Towers Hyderabad. Located in Kokapet’s Golden Mile, the project is planned as a twin-tower residential development carrying the globally recognised Trump brand. The project has been registered with the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority under the name Ira The Edge Developers LLP.

The development is being undertaken by Tribeca Developers, the Trump brand’s Indian partner, in collaboration with Ira Realty. The project is planned on a site of about 16,389 square metres and has an approved built-up area of approximately 264,580 square metres. According to the Telangana RERA registration, completion is scheduled for May 15, 2031.
Designed as an ultra-luxury residential destination, Trump Towers Hyderabad is expected to feature spacious homes aimed at buyers seeking privacy, premium facilities and a prestigious address. The registered project includes a range of large apartments, including 3.5 BHK, 4 BHK and 4.5 BHK residences, along with a six-bedroom duplex in one of the towers. The RERA records show two towers, each planned with multiple basement levels and a tall superstructure.
Kokapet has become one of Hyderabad’s most closely watched real estate locations because of its proximity to the city’s financial and technology trump towers Hyderabad districts. Its location along the Outer Ring Road provides connectivity to major business areas, while the surrounding development has attracted several premium residential and commercial projects. The arrival of a Trump-branded development further adds to the area’s international profile.
The project also reflects the expanding presence of the Trump brand in India’s luxury property market. Rather than being a conventional project built directly by Donald Trump, the Hyderabad development involves local real estate partners operating with the Trump brand. This distinction is important because the Trump name represents the branding and luxury positioning of the project, while construction and development are handled by the Indian partners.
Trump Towers Hyderabad is therefore more than another high-rise residential project for the city. Its location, scale and international branding are likely to make it a prominent landmark in Kokapet. As Hyderabad continues to attract global businesses, affluent professionals and investors, developments of this kind demonstrate the city’s growing ambition to compete with other major international destinations for luxury living.
With construction progressing toward its planned 2031 completion, attention will remain focused on how the towers develop and whether they ultimately become one of Hyderabad’s defining symbols of modern luxury real estate.
